Come and visit us at these exhibitions and you will know two of our best solutions for bending metal wire and tube.
The 3D CNC bending machine, C61B.8 model, for wire diameters from 2 to 8 mm, features a head with optimized trajectory to reduce straight traits between bends and a system with rotating arm to prevent undesired torsions on wire (available only in Castelbisball – Barcelona).
The 3D CNC bending machine, C31E.14 model, features the innovative eccentric bending head that gives extreme flexibility for out-of-sequence bends, cantered eyelet, generation bends and spirals-like shapes. With proper change of tooling, this model fits for tube up to 14x2 mm and wire from 5 to 14 mm starting from coils. We will show this machine with the M140 end-forming unit (head and collar) suitable for the manufacture of muffler hangers.
As all the latest OMCG CNC benders, both models are equipped with the Easy Programming 4 software that has always been recognized as one of the most versatile and simplest to use in the market.
